Ontario University athletics

On March 10, 2010, Knox becoame the first Golden Hawks player in the history of the women's program to win the CIS Player of the Year award (known as the Brodrick Trophy).

Hockey Canada

Knox played in the gold medal game at the 25th Winter Universiade in Erzurum, Turkey in 2011. She stopped 20 of 21 shots en route to propelling Team Canada to a 4-1 win over Finland. With the victory, she earned her fourth win in as many starts. In the second game of the 2011 IIHF Eight Nations Tournament, Knox allowed only one goal in a 14-1 triumph over Russia.
