(MADD). Robb Nash, the lead singer, has appeared on numerous broadcast networks and television shows across Canada and the United States.

Origin of name

A few years before the formation of Live On Arrival, Robb Nash (now the lead singer) sustained major head injuries when his friend lost control of his vehicle. He was struck head on by a semi-truck; ripping off chunks of scalp and shattering his skull. Discovered by his friends with no pulse, he was pronounced dead once paramedics arrived. While prepared to be taken to the morgue, his vital signs suddenly returned, baffling his doctors. Despite this, the accident still left him in a coma for several months along with severe cranial injuries and a long rehabilitation process. He is currently touring Canada to share his story with various Canadian schools.

After an extended recovery period, Nash founded the band to show that he could still function in society; the name indicates his condition upon arriving in hospital.
