With this experience under her belt, Wegner decided to explore her own brand of storytelling, forming ‘Mighty Brave Productions’ to produce theatre and film with a collective of like-minded artists. She had immediate success with her award-winning performance in Last Tango In Transylvania (2000 NYC Fringe Festival), and short films Chasing Aces (2005), Boundless http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1593683/and The Gospel Of Phi (2007) all of which were recognized by the Canadian Comedy Awards
