Description

Lindheimera is a plant that is six to twenty-four inches tall. Leaves on the lower half on the plant are “alternate and coarsely toothed”, but on the upper half are “opposite and smooth on the edges.” “Each flower head has five bright yellow ray flowers, each with two prominent veins and indented at the tip” . The flowers will be at least 1-1 ¼ inches in diameter. The flower will grow within two inches of each other.

Habitat

When watering it all depends on what season it is outside. When in autumn, watering should be done every few days.During the summer, watering needs to be done everyday. Fertilization should be done before planting the plant. Before planting the flower use a small dose of organic fertilizer or a slow releasing chemical to enrich the soil, but during the summer use a specific fertilizer for flowers.. Fertilization should be done every month or twenty to thirty days. With exposure to the sun, the “flower should get at least a few hours a day of solar light” .
