Liga Gimmel (C League) is the sixth tier of the Israeli football league system.
The league is comprised of six divisions. Previously there had been twelve divisions in the league, but the collapse of many of the teams led to a readjustment of the divisions. Divisions which no longer exist include:
The top team from each division is promoted to Liga Bet (the fifth level) at the end of the season. Teams are assigned to their new Liga Bet divisions based on their geographical locations.

Liga Gimmel (C League) is the sixth tier of the Israeli football league system.

- Liga Gimel Western Galilee Division
- Liga Gimel Bay Area Division
- Liga Gimel Haifa Area division
- Liga Gimel Gush Dan Division
- Liga Gimel Southern Division (merged with Liga Gimel Central Division)
- Liga Gimel Negev Division
The top team from each division is promoted to Liga Bet (the fifth level) at the end of the season. Teams are assigned to their new Liga Bet divisions based on their geographical locations. The bottom two teams from each of Liga Bet's four divisions are demoted to Liga Gimel at the end of every season.
Liga Gimel Upper Galilee
The champion of Liga Gimel Upper Galilee is promoted to Liga Bet North A. For the 2008-09 season, the division is composed of:
