Libertarians is a recently formed political party in Brazil. It is currently not registered with the Electoral Court (Tribunal Superior Eleitoral).

History

The idea to create Libertarians party grew in a brazilian social network called Orkut. The first member was Fernando Fiori Chiocca, who started to unite people around this idea. The next step was made by Juliano Torres, who scheduled a meeting in Belo Horizonte which the provisory national directory was created. Since that date the Libertarians is growing in numbers in every corner of Brazil. The party has a major presence in social networks.
