Kerzner has been also active as a performer in theatre and competitive dance from a young age. Kerzner has been married to Steven Kerzner since 1999. She wrote an article for the Toronto Star about constructing a costume in advance of the 2009 Toronto Fan Expo.

From the fall of 2009 to September 2010, Liana and Steven Kerzner were the hosts of the weekly radio show Sunday Nights with Liana and Steven on NEWSTALK 1010 CFRB in Toronto.
