. Since its opening in 1992, its peaceful surroundings are used as a seating area, with the Mill providing guests with counter service.

In 1993, to ensure a better frequentation, a ferris wheel ride was added to the building, named Les Pirouettes du Vieux Moulin. It took guests to a panoramic sight of the back of Fantasyland.

However, in the early 2000s, since the ride had not met expectations, the decision was made to close it until further notice, with the seating area taking over the queueline part. The building is still used for selling dishes.

Although the Ferris Wheel at the back had often been ornamented according to holidays since then, it was completely removed after a short refurbishment in 2011, meaning the ride is now permanently closed.
