The band is from Rome, Italy and consists of members Emanuele Massa (bass), Federico Collela (drums, samples), Lorenzo Stecconi (guitar), Donato Loia (guitar) and Giuseppe Caputo (guitar).

François Couture of allmusic.com describes Lento as being "entirely instrumental, the music relies on superimposed repetitive guitar riffs, crawling beats, and ambient textures to create a rather unique mood that has both bite and sweetness" during his review of the bands first album Earthen, a record he ultimately gave 3.5/5 and described as having "focus, variety and meat".
