Peters was the long time alternate for the famous Colleen Jones
team. Peters won 4 Tournament of Hearts and a World Championship
as the alternate for the team. In 2003, she moved to play with Heather Smith-Dacey
as her second. When Jones left her team, Peters joined back to play second for the now skip, Arsenault. At the 2000 Scott Tournament of Hearts
