There are different types of lapsi/shira.first warm ghee in nonstick.then add wheat floor in it & cook it for few minute & during this time boil a cup of water & add jaggery in water & boil it till it melted in water then add that sweet water in cooked floor & keep it shakeing till water is boiling.& than serve it.
