LIG Nex1 is a South Korean Aerospace and Defence company, which is part of LG Corp. It was formerly known as NEX1 Future and before that, as LG Innotek. It was established in 1976 as Goldstar Precision.
LIG Nex1 is wholly owned by LIG Holdings Company, which in turn is owned by the LIG Group. The LIG Group is owned by the LG corporation, one of South Korea's largest conglomerates.

It develops and produces a wide range of advanced precision electronic systems, including missile, underwater weapon systems, radars, electronic warfare
