L-sit

The L-sit is a gymnastics position with the hands on/in a supporting structure, the arms pushed down and the legs lifted up to achieve an L-shape. It is a test of abdominal strength.

The L-sit can be performed on the floor, in the rings, on the bar, with partner acrobatics in the hands of a partner.

A variant is the straddled L-sit width the legs spread.

From the L-sit it is possible to go to the Manna and with dislocating the shoulders
