His eight sacks are the third-highest single-season total in Rush history, behind John Moyer’s 10 sacks in 2004 and nine in 2003.

Smith led the AFL in forced fumbles in 2006 and ranked second in the league in sacks, earning Second Team All-Arena and All-Rookie team honors.
