Sarsenapati Khanderao Dabhade is the founder of the Sarsenapati Dabhade Family of Talegaon Dabhade. He was conferred the title of "Sarsenapati" by Chhattrapati Shahu Maharaj of Satara (Grandson of Chhattrapati Shivaji Maharaj) on 11 January 1717.
