Kerio Technologies, Inc. (or simply Kerio) is a software company in San Jose, CA that offers security, messaging, voice and collaboration products for small and medium businesses. The company has offices in in the Czech Republic, Germany, Russia, Australia and the UK.

Kerio distributes its products globally using the Internet and a network of more than 5,000 resellers who help provide support to thousands of customers in 160 countries. Kerio's products are primarily intended for small and medium sized organizations with 5-500 employees. It opened its first office in Pilsen, CZ in 1998 and was incorporated as Kerio Technologies on and on September 11, 2001.

Kerio first entered the Internet security market in 1997 with the WinRoute Pro product, which was owned and maintained by Tiny Software

On March 10, 2002 Kerio Personal Firewall v2.1.0 was released.

Kerio Personal Firewall v4 was released on November 11, 2003.

On December 1, 2005 Kerio announced that Kerio Personal Firewall (v4) was to be acquired by Sunbelt Software

Kerio no longer supports the personal firewall and has since released its WinRoute v6 product as Kerio WinRoute Firewall v6.
