. She was born February 8, 1956 as Katherine Marie Sweet. Katie started acting when she was barely three years old. She was discovered on late night LA TV when host Tom Duggan called her up from the audience to chat. A talent producer who worked for Ozzie and Harriet was watching, and fell in love with her. Her first gig was in 1958 as one of, "The Runaways" in Ozzie and Harriet with Donald Losby
