 from Boston, Massachusetts. She has been on the Boston airwaves since the late 1970s and early 1980s.

She began her career with six years at Kiss 108. She then joined WZOU 94.5 where she was also known as "The Madam" doing Mornings, Evenings and Afternoon Drive for nearly a decade. Blake was also heard on WKLB

 for 2 years in Afternoons. She then spent 9 years on Star 93.7 (WQSX) doing Mornings. The show was known as "Ralphie and Karen's Morning Show". In October 2005 Blake joined 103.3 WODS - Boston, hosting the Afternoon Drive slot from 2 pm to 6pm. In September 2008 she moved to the Morning Drive position on WODS and currently can be heard on-the-air weekdays from 6-9am.

Blake was voted Boston's most popular DJ by the Boston Herald
