Station history

KTRS was formerly on 95.5 FM from its sign on date in the 1980s to the late 1990s. KTRS, when it was on 95.5, was mostly a hard rock

 format. In the late 90s moved it to 104.7 FM after being sold by Heart Media to Mountain States Broadcasting. For short time in the late 90s after moving to 104.7 FM the station used the call letters KYOD before the FCC granted transfer of the KTRS call letters from its location at 95.5 FM.

Programing

Personalities include Aaron "Tallest DJ" Traylor, JoJo, Donovan Short, and Mike Miller. KTRS also airs the "Back In The Day Buffet", weekdays at noon, a show that features top 40 music from the 90s, as well as early in the new decade.
