KSQA is a low-power television station test-broadcasting from Topeka, Kansas on digital channel 12. Presently, there are 5 digital subchannels, but only 12.1 is being used. The current station format is non-commercial programming about African-American history, although programming is inconsistent. The station began broadcasting in October, 2011. The station owners originally wanted to broadcast on channel 21 and are presently petitioning to move broadcasts there. Station WIBW-TV
