On August 11th, 2007 Broadcasting and Cable reported the station was to be sold to United States CP LLC.

Metropolian currently holds a building permit to move this station to a location further South along Interstate 25 at 38° 02' 39.00 N 104° 43' 50.00" W. The new transmitter location is approved to increase power to 51 kW since the new location would permit adequate spacing away from an existing station in Denver.
