KCHQ-FM plays continuous country favorites 24/7/365 at 102.1 FM. Identifying itself as River Country serving eastern Idaho and western Wyoming. The Q won small market station of the year in 2008 and 2009 from the Wyoming Association of Broadcasters including best morning show, best single commercial, and best commercial campaign. These awards came while the station program director and morning personality was "Charlie in the morning" morning show consisted of Charlie,Kathy McBride and Jammi Hill. As of 2011 Q102 features "Catfish and the Q wakin' crew" with Denis "Catfish" Miller & Jammi Hill.

On September 26, 2011 KCHQ rebranded as "River Country", simulcasting KID-FM
