Suprano was raised in Pittsburgh, PA and graduated from Burrell High School where she was a competitive athlete and a member of the drama club. She moved to New York City
just days after high school graduation to pursue her acting career. After a couple of years of performing in New York City and throughout the country she attended and then graduated from The Juilliard School, New York City where she studied acting.
Since graduation from The Juilliard School, she has had numerous recurring, guest star and series regular roles in television
