John Mozeliak is the current Vice President and General Manager
of Major League Baseball

. He accepted a three-year contract for the position on the evening of October 30, 2007, and was formally introduced as the new GM the next day. On July 15, 2010 the Cardinals announced that Mozeliak agreed to a new three-year contract extension with the team through 2013.
