. He won reelection easily in 2002, 2004 and 2006. However, by 2008, Hagan was unable to run for another term due to term limits. While his daughter sought the nomination to replace him, the seat ultimately went to Republican Todd Snitchler.
Hagan has since returned to his private business, and has since been elected to his former office of a Malboro Township Trustee.
