For a final term in 2010, Uecker defeated Libertarian
Barry Cox with 79.94& of the vote. He is serving on the committees of Commerce and Labor (as Chairman), Criminal Justice, and Transportation, Public Safety and Homeland Security. He also serves on the Clermont County Transportation Improvement District Board of Trustees.
