Jocelyne Jocya was a French singer, songwriter, and advocate of children's rights
best known for her rendition of "Bon Voyage".
From 1958 to 1980, she sold millions of records and performed in the world's most famous music halls. In 1988, she founded the Federation for the Declaration of the Rights of Children, a non-profit children's rights
organization.
