Jessica is Myron's ex-girlfriend. Jessica met Myron one month before his accident, which led him to quit basketball forever. Jessica then stood by Myron through thick and thin. But as stated by her later, she left suffocated by Myron who always leaned on her for support. She cheated on Myron with a guy named Doug before the start of the series, and left Myron soon afterward. Though they still harbor feelings for each other, they do not get in contact for 4 years after their breakup.

Jessica comes back into Myron's life, while investigating her sister, Kathy and her dad's murder in the first novel Deal Breaker
