. The inaugural event on 8 October 2006 was the first marathon staged in Jersey for 20 years.

The 2006 race attracted approximately 300 runners, and was won by Garry Payne in a time of 2:44:32. In 2007 the men's race was won by Andrew Hennessy with a time of 2:36:45 and the women's race by Michelle Buckle in 03:04:11.

In 2008 Andrew Hennessy retained his title. The 2009 event took place on 27 September.
