In 2007 Mun-ju Hwang translated Anonymous Lawyer: A Novel into Korean as Ingmyŏng ŭi pyŏnhosa : pimil bŭllogŭ (익명의변호사 : 비밀블로그). In 2008 Lidia Filippone translated Annonymous Lawyer into Italian as Anonima avvocati. It has since been translated into Polish, Thai, Hebrew and Russian.
