Javier Antonio Jarquin (born 8 September 1982) is a New Zealand
stand-up comedian.
Jarquin spent the last 5 years working as a professional comedian in New Zealand. After winning the 2007 ‘So You Think You’re Funny’ competition in Christchurch He played and headlined in some of the biggest clubs in NZ and Melbourne, on television and was a core member of New Zealand’s longest-running comedy show: Scared Scriptless
. He’s been to the NZ International Comedy Festival 3 times, performing his Card Ninja show in 2010, and in 2010 won “Best Local Show Wellington” and opened for Pauly Shore
in Christchurch on his NZ tour. He is now based in the UK.
