) is a Wellington Rugby player. He currently plays for the Upper Hutt Premiere team, and has become a regular in the Upper Hutt Times. He is currently signed up with the Wellington Rugby Academy.

In 2010, Jason Woodward made the New Zealand U20's rugby team and represented New Zealand at the IRB Junior World Championship in Argentina, helping the team to win the competition undefeated.

Jason is playing his first provincial season with the Wellington Lions in the 2011 season. On debut he scored all of Wellington Lions' 3 tries to beat Taranaki Rugby Football Union 23-5 in the 2011 seasons opening game.
