. Jeffcoat started anchoring in Chicago on June 2007. She previously hosted WFLD-TV's Good Day Chicago for 3 years which won an Illinois AP award for Best Newscast in 2008. She started anchoring afternoons in August 2010. Before joining Fox Chicago, Jeffcoat was a morning anchor at KRIV-TV in Houston, TX. She worked at KRIV-TV from November 2004 to June 2007.
