 (or Djamchid) Momtaz
was born June 18, 1942 in Izmir. He earned his degree in public law at the Faculty of Law and Economy from University of Paris (1966).

In 1968, he graduated you from the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris and held his Phd in Public Law at the Faculty of Law, Economics and Social Sciences of the University of Paris II (1971).

He is currently Professor of Public International Law at the University of Tehran
