 player for Leeds Carnegie. Rowan is a former England U18 international and last year went on tour with the side to Argentina. In 2009 he was initially named in the England U20 squad for the Six Nations. He has also been named as captain of the England U20 EPS for the 2009/2010 season.

His primary position is openside flanker.
