and to the four succeeding Congresses, and served from March 8, 1960 to January 3, 1971. He was an unsuccessful candidate for renomination in 1970 to the Ninety-second Congress
. He resumed the practice of law and resided in the Bronx, N.Y. where he died. He was interred in Mount Hebron Cemetery, Flushing
