Jaclyn Nesheiwat Stapp (born July 29, 1980, in Carmel, New York, U.S.) is an actress, beauty queen, philanthropist, fashion model, and children’s book author with pageant roots in Florida and New York. . The two met during her reign as Miss New York at a Muscular Dystrophy charity gala in New York in January 2005.
Together they have two children: a daughter named Milan, born on January 4, 2007 and a son named Daniel, born on July 4, 2010.

Jaclyn has appeared on magazine covers and has won over 100 pageant titles to date. Her most notable titles include Mrs. Florida America 2008 and Miss New York USA 2004. In May 2008, Stapp won the Mrs. Florida America pageant, and was named Mrs. America 2008 First Runner Up and awarded the title of Most Photogenic.

Today, Jaclyn is a full-time mother, wife and mentor who travels around the world empowering at-risk youth and championing for women’s rights through her national outreach foundation, CHARM (Children Are Magical), a 501 c3 organization which aims to heighten awareness of children’s issues and enrich the lives of underprivileged youth by providing them the tools for a fulfilling future.

Most recently, Jaclyn has entered into the children’s book world, having completed her first book titled Wacky Jacky: The True Story of an Unlikely Beauty Queen, which was released in December 2010. With rich illustrations and an inspiring message, the true story of Wacky Jacky teaches children to take pride in who they are and where they come from, no matter who or what says otherwise.

Jaclyn has appeared in numerous films and television shows including Sex in the City, Fear Factor, Olive Juice, and as host of the Travel Channel’s show “Florida’s Best Beaches”. She was an invited celebrity participant in the 2008 Spherion Orlando Citrus Bowl Parade where she was outfitted in a citrus-colored gown by La Casa Hermosa, which was auctioned off to benefit The Florida Citrus Sports Foundation.

Jaclyn is the recipient of the President’s National Community Service Award for her work with international humanitarian projects. In October 2008, she visited and entertained the troops in the Middle East on the USO/AFE Tour with husband, Scott Stapp. She currently resides in Boca Raton, Florida with her husband and three children, Jagger, Milan and Daniel Stapp.

Pageants

In 1995, Stapp entered the pageant for Miss Florida Teen 1995.
She entered the pageant system again seven years later with the Miss Florida USA 2002 where she placed third runner-up. The following year she competed for the second time and was first runner-up to Shannon Ford.

 pageant for the first time in 2003, where she won the 2004 title. During her reign, Stapp was invited by the White House Provisional Coalition Authority in March 2004 to visit U.S. troops in Iraq including her sister Army Capt. Julia Nesheiwat serving in Baghdad.
