JNG-90 is a bolt action sniper rifle used by the Turkish military. Development of the weapon first started back in 2004 to 2008. It is also being offered for export.

Its nickname is Bora.

History

MKEK began development of the MKEK in 2004. It made its public appearance in 2007 during an IDEF 2007 exhibition in Ankara, Turkey. JNG-90 prototypes were seen equipped with German-made Schmidt & Bender

Design

The JNG-90, according to MKEK, was said to be accurate in terms of shooting 0.3 MOA groups at 100 meters range. Picatinny railings are provided on the foreend and on the upper receiver. The rifle also has an adjustable butt.
