Production notes

Production on the show began in January of 2007. It started production under the production of "Fox Alpha Films". Produced, written, directed by and starring Daemon, the show's production company is "J8ded Pictures". In October of 2009 Procter & Gamble

became the major paid sponsor of the program 1. Clips of the show were posted on the official website featuring heavy product placement. In July of 2010 all video clips, including the official trailer, were removed from the official website.

The show's format was frequently changed. Originally billed as a pilot they intended to shop to major networks, the show ultimately ended up exclusively online. Those who wished to view had to pay a monthly subscription fee to access the official website. Delays due to J8DEDTV.COM setup forced a publicized release date of September 19th 2010 to December 9th 2010. This was after over a year of announced release dates that were ultimately and repeatedly retracted.

After four episodes, the show stopped being available for viewing. No further episodes were uploaded or announced. Without notice, on November 1st, 2011 the official website for the show began forwarding to the new official website for Martika.

Press

Little press attention was given to the show despite the involvement of award-winning singer Martika and the relatively high budget. Most press revolved around the fact that the show was filmed in Cincinnati. 2 Daemon and Edit granted a radio interview to the online gay-oriented radio program "The Fruit Salad Show".

Initial pre-airing hype was based around singer Martika's involvement in the project. Pre-Speculation of the project was of the opinion that the series was little more than an advertising platform for P&G products and a vehicle for Martika's comeback. Fan reception was strong and mostly positive, but what little critical review the show received was extremely poor.

Daemon maintained an ongoing Twitter and Facebook page with frequent updates on production progress and post production episode release schedules. These inexplicably disappeared on November 1st, 2011.
