Joseph John Jelincic, Jr., better known as J.J. Jelincic, is a member of the California Public Employees' Retirement System (CalPERS)
Board and is the past president of the California State Employees Association
(CSEA), a labor group representing 140,000 active and retired state employees. Jelincic, a rank-and-file investment officer for the CalPERS
since 1986, was elected to the CalPERS Board of Administration in December 2009 as a Member-At-Large representing all CalPERS members. He serves on the Finance Committee, Health Benefits Committee, Investment Committee and is the Vice Chair of the Investment Policy Subcommittee. Jelincic has a wide range of investment experience, having worked in the global equity, fixed income
