In 2008 it started publishing the International Journal of Functional Informatics and Personalized Medicine (IJFIPM) and the International Journal of Computational Biology and Drug Design (IJCBDD) jointly with Inderscience Publishers. The official annual meeting of ISIBM is called the International Joint Conferences on Bioinformatics, Systems Biology and Intelligent Computing (IJCBS). ISIBM also co-sponsors other international conferences such as the World Congress on Computer Science, Computer Engineering and Applied Computing, IEEE Bioinformatics and Bioengineering, and journal issues such as BMC Genomics
