Since October 2010 he is Director of the Center for the Study of Totalitarianism at the Faculty of History and Philosophy, Moldova State University in Chisinau. He is also contributing for Radio Free Europe, Romanian language section as well as to daily Adevarul, Chisinau edition (www.adevarul.ro/moldova).
