Ian Masters is a British television broadcaster, commentator, author, screenwriter and documentary filmmaker.

Masters worked for the BBC for more than 25 years with the BBC, firstly presenting news and current affairs programmes. After this he became the Managing Editor of various BBC local radio stations before returning to TV management at BBC TV South; here he was in charge for six years. He is now the Controller, broadcasting at The Thomson Foundation - Worldwide Media Training and Consultancy.
