. He has held that position since 1994, and posted a 181-115-32 record at the helm. He won MAC coach of the year honors in 1997, 1999, and 2001 with the Wildcats. From 1995 to 2004, Kentucky dominated the Mid-American Conference

 to earn the first ever win over a top ranked opponent in school history. From 1991 to 1994, he served as an assistant coach at St.John's University in New York. In 1986, he was named head men's soccer coach at Hofstra University
