The single was released on July 9 2007 on CD and 7" vinyl formats, however with little radio play and promotion the single failed to enter the top 75 of the UK Official Singles Chart, entering and peaking at #112 , which is the lowest chart placing achieved by Ocean Colour Scene single to date.
