Plot

When the CIA opens its office to an unrestricted inspection, Bullock orders his subordinates to take home and hide one of their many illegal items. Stan

 gets the CIA's ultra-sensitive audio-surveillance equipment, through which he hears the neighbors badmouth him. Upset, Stan tries to endear himself to his neighbors, but only annoys them more.

Meanwhile, Roger is unsuccessful at trying to get a company to settle for what he claims is negligence, but then gets an idea when he sees Steve

", Stan confiscates his neighbors' properties and sends them to the Cornfield Motel. When Francine, Hayley and Klaus try to figure out how to stop him, he overhears them (with his equipment) and (presumably) also sends them to the motel.

Steve convinces Roger to do one big heist and then call it quits. They sell one of the confiscated houses to a couple for $100,000, which they split in half. Roger goes to Mexico

 with his share to buy a restaurant franchise, but when he opens his briefcase, all he finds is a note from Steve, along with a photocopy of the boy's butt. As Roger reads the note, which says that he "taught [Steve] well, perhaps a little too well," we learn that Steve switched briefcases on Roger shortly after giving the alien his share.

On his own, Stan starts to choke on a peanut and is saved by Johnny (Paul Butcher

), a little boy whom he constantly aimed his loaded gun at for fun. Johnny takes Stan to the motel and shows him that everyone "talks smack" about everyone else. Stan then realizes that he isn't hated any worse than anyone else, but as Johnny points out, he is still an ass.
