History

The Mastodons' first season was 1973-1974. Twice All-American and conference player of the year Sean Gibson (1993) is current all-time leading scorer and rebounder and Hall of Fame member. Their first season in Division I was 2001-2002. In 2007, they began playing in The Summit League.
