Also, you’ll be able to search the documents by date, kind, rate, tag, label and size, etc. What’s more, you can store your search result by create a smart folder for the usage next time.
Aside from the auto managing function; iDocument allows you to import your well-organized document folders. Also, iDocument provides the password encryption for your private documents.
For working group or multi Mac users, iDocument provides share and send function. By using share and send function, end users can share their documents or document folders wirelessly in the office. And iDocument also supports documents air sharing by Slideshare.com.
