, who formerly resided at Hotham House (built 1792) which still stands today.The park is a popular local amenity for residents of the town and also is very popular with holiday makers. The park is located nearby to Butlins and the Town centre.

Amenities in the park include a boating lake, miniature railway, putting green, childrens play area and a cafe.

A local action - Group Make Bognor Better - is proposing an innovative design scheme, for a new Café for Hotham Park that will take the form of a Tree top house which enjoys views across the canopy of Bognor's historic park.
