Homenetmen Beirut is one of the majour football clubs in Lebanon. Its team has won the Lebanese Football Championship 7 times (1944, 1946, 1948, 1951, 1955, 1963, 1969 and the Lebanese FA Cup 3 times (1943, 1948, 1962).

Men

Homenetmen Beirut is one of the longest running basketball programs for men in Lebanon and its team was part of the premier basketball league in the country for many years. Presently, it's men team plays in the Lebanon Basketball League's division 1 (second division).

Women

Homenetmen Beirut's women team is also one of the oldest women basketball programs in Lebanon with a number of basketball national titles. The program is part of the Lebanon Basketball Leagues premier division.
